According to various sources, the French army has found themselves in need of a new and modern IFV to meet the armies requirments. Unfortunately, due to the economic crisis, the budget the army has cannot afford many new IFV's for the army, so the best of the best French designers came together to make a "home made" IFV, and the new IFV is now entering service.
