Hello everyone. Just found this site and thought I might drop in and say hello to all my sisters. I am retired Army. Served in Vietnam 1970 Have PTSD and 50%.
Are there any sisters out there who have used Equine Assisted Therapy to help you cope with the demons.
I got involved here in Florida several years ago and what a difference it has made in my life. I am a registered nurse and horses have become so important in my life.
