I don't know if this is politically correct, but it is a true story.
A new arrival from UK walked into the crew room in the Far East, dressed typically in the RAF issue KD baggy shirt, baggy shorts to within one inch above the knee, long socks to within an inch below the knee. One of the crewmen asked, "Just in from UK mate?" Yes" said the new arrival. At which point one of the crewmen with his back to the door shouted "A WHITEY FROM BLIGHTEY!"
Immediately the crew room erupted into laughter, the crewman with his back to the door turned around and saw a black chap standing there grinning.
