I always love the double talk, he knows the Palestinians are not going to go to the negotiating table while he expands settlements but as long as you sign the building permits with one hand and then plead for peace on the other hand he knows things will carry on as usual and it will keep the Americans sending cash.

It is just a case of "we want peace no really peace at any cost we are a peace loving people oh and by the way we are evicting 10,000 of your people to build a settlement, so why don't you want peace again?"
