Recently I was given a dress visor hat from a friend. Im pretty sure its from ww2 and it is dark olive green in color, with a leather chin strap. My question is about the pin in the center, it is a small star, with a round blue center, and the number 1 in the middle of it. I have looked online, just about everywhere and cant seem to find out what this is from, anyone have any idea?
