Is Ralph Nader a socialist? I'm asking the Americans.

He endorses more state control of the means of production, state controlled health care, and higher taxes to support those policies.

Socialist label or not, it sounds a lot like the policies of nations commonly associated with socialism.

Ralph Nader was one of those watchdog types, going after corporations that did things that were illegal and/or unnecessarily harmful to the environment or their comsumers. A consumer advocate of sorts.

I'm fairly certain that he still does all of those sorts of things. Big companies hate him.
