Technically since they were referring to the fact that the baby was coming, it would be for real, because the baby is for real.

No its the exact spelling of the name chosen ie 4real, this is not saying Henderson is wrong as forreal is the name intended.

Basically I will agee with the comment that these people shouldn't be breeding.

But see, it's the vernacular. Not literally meaning the number four, just meaning the way it sounds:FOR. Aim speak for example, uses l8r. not leighter, but later, sounding the same, but spelled differently.
