My reaction to the President

I didn't vote for Obama or McCain, so I'm more or less neutral on it. I hope for my own sake that he is successful. I think the fact that they are paying so much attention to his blackness and making such a big deal out of it is reverse racism. I'd be pissed if I were Obama. If you want to be equal, judge him by his policy and merits, don't hype it up as though the fact that he is a shade darker than his predecessors is his main selling point. It's degrading and diverts even more media focus from the actual policies of the candidates, which already get frighteningly little attention on television.

i only see it one way, gimme a job, lemme keep a job, and tax cuts... i really dont mind who is president, if i loose something to the wealth of the economy, im looking in one direction...the government. sadly if i get fired for being a dumb :cens: then well i'll be looking in my own direction:?

I do agree, but I feel that if there had already been another African American star he would have never been noticed.
