The most modern-looking tank, plane, rifle...etc.

Check out the FN F2000 with underbarrel grenade launcher and fire control unit,it looks like something from one of the Starship Troopers movies.

just saw a picture of the PAPOP 2 on f*ckfrance.com and it doesnt look like something from Starship Troopers but like the weapons in the Fifth Element. A totaly ridiculous looking weapon,do you not agree Mohmar?

It's been a while since I saw Starship Troopers, so I can't remember exactly what the weapons looked like. I'd say the PAPOP looks ridiculously heavy and cumbersome. But I reckon if the guy carrying it knows his stuff, he might put it to good use. Well, if the project fails, they will at least be able to use it in "The Sixth Element" :D

Can you send me the exact links to the PAPOP page on http://www.****france.com/ please?

Do you mean Eurofighter? Check out the JAS-39 Gripen, the Rafale and the Jian-10. They all look similar to me.

Thanks, I couldn't remeber it. Man, and it's a really simple name.

It may not look the most modern but it has enough electronics to make a Dell store look like a TV repair shop, the M1A2 SEP.

I think Leclerc beats all tanks in that aspect, has alot more electonic gadgets and such then any other tank, its another matter that it doesnt always work

Are you serious? Doesn't the MG3 weigh a helluvalot more than the MG-4?

In my opinion the most state-of-the-art-looking firgates are the Formidable Class Multi-Mission Frigate

and the La Fayette Class Friage

I was looking at the Leclerc and it has similiar systems the M1A1 has.

Its just sad the XM8, XM29, Comanche, Crusader and just about every other weapon system on the board for the US have all got cancelled this year.

Helecopters though I really like the KA-50 Hocum.

The Chinook still have some serious problems with their gearboxs cracking and causing lots of crashes, and that they are slow and even back decades ago many saw them as big easy targets. For that I wouldn't really put them on the list.

Rifles I really like the HK416. Really nice looking.

Leclerc is a great main battle tank.

Planes either the F22 or F35. I really like that Vstol F35.
