To Mongolian rap!
It starts and ends with some of the older stuff... paintings of the old Mongolian army on horseback and armed with bows and arrows and also re-enactments of them (but I'm sure they're actually learning the skills for real). In the middle of the video, it goes to their army as it is today.
Even has a bit with a Mongolian guy dressed in traditional armor shaking hands with former President George W Bush.
It's got one set of soldiers that are in the traditional Soviet Army stuff (with different camouflage scheme) and another where they seem to have more modern stuff. I don't know if they're different units or if they are just photos taken at different periods of time (old vs new).
