Czech Republic lawmakers voted to give President Vaclav Klaus a second five-year term Friday. Klaus, 66, is a conservative known for his opposition to legalizing drugs, euthanasia and gay marriages. He also supports a U.S. plan to place a radar base near Prague as part of a missile defense shield.
