MilForum Battlefield 1942 Team! SERVER ONLINE... :D

You can ask me if you need help with the server (although thats depending on what server controling software you use ;))
 
Switched the maps to Silent Heroes now.

Having some problems with the Desert Combat Extended (DCX) server files... :?
Hope to have that one up and running next week.

Teamspeak has been installed.
It allows you to speak with the other players.. :)
Haven't tried it before, so I'm looking at it now.

i was online today (of course no one else was ....time difference and all) but can i suggest checking into the chat function here before logging one? this would be a good way to see if you're going to be in good company....so to speak
 
I've played against others on the server a couple of times now. :rambo:

Server renamed to: Milforum.com DC Final (0.8 )
Just sort/search for Milforum on the server list on BF1942 to find it.

It's stable, and I get a pretty good ping on it all the way from Norway.
No lag either... :)
 
Finally took the step to download DCfinal v7 full, just 2 hours & 30 minutes left, then i will have to download the update to v8 :(
 
downloading v8 patch (the first link is the full version of v7 and not v8 so there for i need to patch it with v8 patch ;))
 
I'll be online on the server the next hour, so come on in if anyone dares to challenge me! :twisted:

only an 1 hour 3 min left :? , plus patch, is there some way to do it w/o having to get the patch first?
 
No, you'll need both v.0.7 and the 0.8 patch in order to play it...
But it's well worth the wait.. :)

i downloaded it
and it froze up with one second left on the download
so i had to start it over again!!! :?

so i downloaded it while i was sleeping then went to install it before i went to school
cept i need to unzip the file and it keeps freezing up when i try to do that :?

why couldnt ya just have the server without the mods redleg :roll:
 
Cause this way you're miserable. :D I would be playing and kicking everyone's butt, but alas I don't have the game. So ya'll should be happy for that fact. ;)

I've downloaded them myself from those locations without any problems..
