Is Milchat functioning at the present, can anyone tell me?

Well, the reason why I asked is that I've NEVER seen anybody use it, and it's a shame, if that's the case.

Heh, no problem. It's empty, I'd say 95% of the time. I'm usually not online long enough to merit getting in, so I'm not in there very often. And others... well it seems I never quite meet them. when they are in.

Does anyone know if there's a way to tell when there IS someone in the chatroom? Maybe we could just make plans to meet there? It might be kinda hairy with all the different time zones we live in, but it's not out of the question, right? :-D
