Gone, all gone, my friend. I miss them, but I'm afraid there's no coming back.

They will certainly return.
There are some slight "issues" with the cash system for vBulletin 3.5, but the "experts" are working on it right now so we'll hopefully have the Milbucks and Shop in here soon..
