Mikhail Kalishnakov, 10 Nov 1919 to 23 Dec 2013.....

Mr. Kalishnakov has passed away. Best known for the AK-47, AK-74, & the AKM. He was a soldier in WWII, who was wounded in combat fighting the German Army. He lived a long life, and was an adversary that is due our respect in his passing.

Although the AK-47 was an extremely versatile weapon for which the inventor should be credited it for. Kalashnikov felt sorrow at the weapons' uncontrolled distribution. It was widely distributed to terrorist organizations, Drug cartels and such much to the dismay of Mr. Kalashnikov who was also the inventor of numerous other weaponry for the Soviet arsenal.
