AP - Mexico's top medical officer voiced optimism Thursday that swine flu has slowed in the nation hardest hit by the virus, but the World Health Organization cautioned there is no evidence the worst of the global outbreak is over.

That's what I hate about Mexico..they have the resources to be prepared, and yet they dont take precautions to take care of their people...Even the poorest of the poor here in the states are truly blessed....unfortunately in a country like Mexico youre either dirt poor or rich...which means the poor people finish last and always get screwed by the rich..."money talks and b******t walks"...like Ive said before..thank God I live in America :)
