Can you tell the difference between an Arab and a Mexican before they speak - of course not! Islamic terrorists in America are signalling who they are before they can do anything - they should learn Spanish.
 
It's hard to imagine Muslim arabs hiding among Mexicans with any real success rate. The cultural and linguistic differences would make it very tough. Not saying it couldn't be done. But it would take a LOT of planning and effort by some superspy Jihadi.

Can you imagine a devout Muslim mingling with pork-eating, beer-swilling, tobacco-smoking infidels 24/7? You gotta learn a new language, new customs, everything....all the while worrying about running into drug smugglers, police, and militant vigiliantes.

It'd make an interesting novel, but it's a bit of a stretch.

There have been reports of camps in Venezuela teaching arabs how to blend in with the locals.

Proportedly Hammas camps and other Iranian Sponsored groups, there have long been FARC and ELN camps in Venezuela under Chavez, there's also reports of Chavez harboring small numbers of RIRA members that are maybe bomb building instructors.

In any event unless the Vennzies are using Mexicans in this instruction it won't be far ranging and indepth. The Culture of SA and CA differs greatly from Mexico and Mexico's culture differs by region. It's not as simple as basic spanish and how to order a torta de lonche.

Exactly what I was running past my thoughts. I don't think many conspiracy theorist take this into account.
