This is a Civil Guard volunteer sniper. The pic was taken at Gilo, a suberb of Jerusalem that was under Palestinian sniper, rifle and LMG fire for weeks during 2001-2002. Notice that behind the nice old guy with the K98 there are 2 IDF M-60 Main MBTs.... :lol:
