Sure it's possible. You can also program in a repetition counter which will take you to a few "side" subroutines. Notice, there is no "Exit" command.

1. Start
2. If Start <20 then go to 1.
3. If Start >20 then go to 4.
4. Jump to 5.
5. Start'
6. If Start' is <10 then go to 5.
7. If Start' is >10 then go to 1.
