.... but it does not fit the prerequisits of this concourse, despite still being f****g great as a platform even so many years later. Even with its relatively long LT it might not be good enough to cope with the terrain/scenario described in the contest, pushing LT to 8 hours and reducing basic accoustic sig seems a good idea (LT being my main argument against the upcoming decomission of the Warthog, as the alternatives cannot cope in this respect).
On the (not so!) long run I think this discussion will become rather obsolete anyway as the Predators & Co will be taking over the role that has been asked for in the contest effectively and at lesser risk .
