Reuters - Palestinian leaders expect global
backing on Tuesday for plans to reform their security forces
and stamp out corruption at a London meeting also aimed at
reviving the "road map" plan for Middle East peace. The one-day
conference has been clouded by Friday's suicide bombing in Tel
Aviv, which highlighted the fragility of the
Israeli-Palestinian ceasefire declaration three weeks ago.
