CAMP ZAMA, Japan (Reuters) - Legal steps are under way to decide the fate of U.S. Army Sergeant Charles Robert Jenkins, accused of deserting to North Korea in 1965, a U.S. Army official said Monday as the 64-year-old soldier got set to return to active duty for the first time in four decades.
