Some guys have toooooo much time on their hands!!!

It's most likely that they've volunteered to be part of some kind of show and they've taken some pictures during rehearsals.
Every now and then for special occasions we hold our own entertainment where guys with particular skills (or lack thereof!) will go on stage and entertain the rest of us. Some of that stuff is just impossibly hilarious.
Of course as a reward they usually get a day added to their leave or earn an extra weekend pass depending on how well they did.
It explains why the photo was taken at night. That's when they have time for this stuff.
