Kerry: Assad guilty of 'crime against humanity'

So let me see if I understand this, Assad uses cluster bombs against rebel held towns and that is fine, he uses fuel air explosives against rebel held towns on the way to killing 100,000 of his own people and that isn't an issue, he "may" have used chemical weapons (because to date the UN has said that it has found no proof that a chemical attack occurred (blood, soil samples etc.) and is a couple of weeks from completing its investigation) that "might" have killed 1500 people and that is a step too far?

You will excuse me for thinking that peoples priorities are a little f**ked up on this one.
