KAF (Kuwait Air Force)

Whenever the US sells material of any kind to a foreign government, the procedure is to offer a Total Package. The primary article (the aircraft), logistics support (spares, tools, test equipment, support equipment) and training (aircrew and maintenance). The only real limitation is the release of technical information for maintenance. The vendor might not want to release it. Or the US might not releaseit ifwe aren't sure the customer can keep it from falling into the wrong hands.
So it is highly unlikely the US would have put the Kuwaitis in the position of contracting with the frogs for training. A contractor trainer might use retired aviators to do the work or the Kuwaiti's could have trained in the states.

Think about it. Would you hire a jarhead to teach them to fly a Mirage III? Not likely.

hahaha, frogs
Well hmm.. not sure about France.. maybe I mixed them up with the Navy. Because the navy is sometimes trained by them, as well as the Royal British navy.
About the air force, I am sure of one thing, that they are trained by the RAF :)

Phoenix, UK pilots? not sure, but they are only trained somewhere in the UK. Thats all. Then they come back :)

Bulldogg, you know a few jarhead pilots? what exactly do you mean? sorry heh :)

Marine Corps Aviators... for bayonet charges they attach the bayonet to the pitot tube of their harriers.
:)
