It's only the beginning of Summer and this is already occurring. It's sad and I dread it every year.
Even if he didn't do it intentionally, it's about time this is taken more seriously. It'll be good for people to see that when they're responsible for a baby, they're going to be held accountable, and if something tragic such as this happens, it won't be taken lightly.
