JROTC = irksome...

In my MCJROTC unit in south Texas my Master Seargent and our Colonel dont take any crap from us. Our unit does everything right, uniforms in order and everything. We take it seriously. If we mess up its pushups or running ALOT of pushups and running.

In my unit I was in, you had kids like kids everywhere nowa days who said no, and did not care what you said to them, so push come to shove my SNSI would just fail them then at the end of the semester kicked them out.

It's JROTC, what do you expect from high schoolers? Most people take those classes in high school expecting them to be free A's, very few actually go on to the military. I find it deplorable that kids are wearing military uniforms and insignia, it's only a shade worse than giving uniforms to ROTC brats in college.

I mean ROTC brats should not be wearing a uniform until after graduation, unless they are prior service.
