Great news! :D

I wish all hostage situations would end like this one.. :?

Yeah, its been a long and joyous night over here.
The two volunteers were released thanks to the bif efforts of our government and of our Red Cross.
Italy's Red Cross is the only one national section of International RC that has remained in Iraq after the attack to the IRC HQ in Baghdad.
The lesson we learn from this is: never give up to terrorism, withdrawing troops isn't necessary the only way to deal with things.
I'm so proud of my government, just like I was when a SOF blitz freed our three hostages after Quattrocchi was killed.
I wonder what the French will be doing now. Their diplomacy, they sophisticated 'cultural' approach, their arrogant and snobish attitude... and their hostages still in captivity. check out this cartoon: http://www.sorvegliatospeciale.splinder.com/ (the first one)
