Jolly Olde England at it again

The problem is that a lot of people have been given jobs with great titles to look into this sort of thing and they have to show that they are doing some thing. The laws that come out are so vague that any interpretation could be put on them, so chaos rules.
 
The old problem, the bureaucracy is no longer meant to be a working tool for the government, or the people, but rather a self sustained entity.
The purpose is not to make any positive difference to the society, but merely to secure the bureaucracy and it's position within the system...

So the common bureaucrat spends his day coming up with new plans and regulations that will justify his own position, no mater what effect it will have on the people outside. :(
