I just graduated from OSUT. My final pt test was 48pu, 72su, 2-mile in 14:30. Thanks for the support it really helped me get through it.

Getting up to 48 push ups, 72 sit ups and running 2-mile in 14:30 is very good, at least when you were in the physical shape you were in when you started!
 
you are going at the best time to lose a lot of weight fast as summer is upon the United States, and Fort Wood does get hot in the summertime.

Wait a minute, no one ever told me working out in hot weather burns more calories. I would've thought it would be the other way around because your body needs to burn calories just to heat itself in the cold.

Well, you lose a lot of excess water weight, and I had always heard that the body stores more fat cells in the Winter for extra warmth.
