Aloha,

In the "Old Days" as one sat aboard an aircraft aboard an aircraft carrier, the pilot saw the prop turn clockwise. The bridge was always on the starboard side of the ship. This would incline an out of control aircraft to crab to starboard upon landing. So my question is: Who decided to place the bridge on the starboard side? I am aware in the Real Old Days some ships had no bridge on deck. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
