It seems they used this torpedo boat (foreground) to launch the 2nd missile

Does it really matter? This weapon has a 10km range. And apanrely can only be launched form torp boats. I have a feeling that this boat would be utterly destroyed before it got within 10km of an american vessel.

People also speculate that the danger posed by the missile itself to the launcher pad (be it a boat or a platform) is very high!
