Ipod touch trnasfer.

Hi! I want to transfer my apps(games) to iTunes to sync to my new iPod- will it delete my data, i.e saved games?:-?

Apple is a little draconian about this. I have a desktop and laptop. While I was in Iraq I bought a touch and loaded apps and music I bought over there. When I brought it back to the states and tried to synch it with my desktop itunes tells me that I can back it up as it is now or re synch it with my desktop (deleting all my stuff). Not sure about this. I was planning on looking into getting everything on the 3 different computers I have itunes on synched together but have not had the time yet.
