As of 1st April, the 8 regional forces in Scotland will become one national force. Looks like CF will have his work cut out for him as there will be a national Roads Policing Unit (RPU) He'll have to move around and do a bit of work now!!!

That said, "Trunk Roads Patrol Group" has a nice ring to it! Out of Volvo's and into new BMW's? What's not to like!

There will still be divisional RPU units Highway Man, so I'm not ruling out the cushy number!

A possible much larger patrol area, potentially an extra 60 miles plus.
