The bad year was 2010. The UK pretty much came to a stop.

The councils weren't prepared - not enough grit or snow ploughs.

Winter tyres are allowed in the UK. I run my fleet on winter tyres. The majority of people don't bother. They struggle just to fit normal tyres....

No, I listened to that earlier, I was listening to the Arse losing prior to a quick lap of my patrol route to check the snow. Although coming down very heavy, all 3 lanes on the alpha and bravo running freely.
