I just came from a job as an ROTC instructor at the University of Southern California and CSULB as a Recruiting Officer. If you have any questions about how to obtain a scholarship, or general questions about the college level ROTC program, feel free to post them here. The regulations haven't changed that much since December. Also, I know pretty much all of the Recruiters for ROTC in California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah.
