info! Re-enlisting

i need to find out how to ( if possible) be able to re-enlist with an re-4 and honorable discharge?
 
as far as I know

I went into the local recruiter, and he told me I needed my dd-214 form 4, and be able to pass a tape test and that was pretty much it.
