tell you what, was watching some of the vids on that site redleg posted, and there is no way in hell i would have stood there and continued to film!!!
it was amazing to see people swimming out to pull others back to shore, and making it, its nice to see some positives

hows aid going in other countries, we have a big concert on tomorrow which is being broadcast on the major channels, with all proceeds going to world vision who are helping over there.
 
I watched the video footage on the news the other night and damn..................i can under stand from far off people not panicking but hell i mean I ouldn't stand and watch and film when the waves hit the beach...............but this being hte worst in 40yrs in really bad. So far like 22,000 people missing or dead so thats like hitting on to qtr of South east asiea population...........................I know switerzerland and germany and UK have the most amount of people missing or dead!!

That child kindnappers and taking innocent and orphaned childen to sell on. SOme poor 12yr old swedish poor was taken out of a hospital and has not been found!!!

Now what sick person would prey on an incident like this!!!

apparently a case of mistaken identity, hospital official was qouted as saying that all european children tend to look the same, was mixed up with another blonde child.

Nah I still think is a child kidnapper.....................alot of orphaned kids after this incident have been taken and sold for child slavery and porn...........there ain't no way of finding all these poor children, just hope the people involved burn in hell :cen:

The German guy is more of an hero then a kidnapper, he took care of them and found their (or rather remains) of their families. He was a family father and took them to the rest of this family and took care of them while searching for their families. Hes cleared from all charges.

Other cases of this has accoured as you say, but this one had a happy ending though and he had done nothing bad.

Its sickening that people can be so sick and twisted as some are taking advantage of children, or anyone else for that matter! :cen:
 
I certainly agree. For those who misunderstood the situation are ensnarled again by incorrect reporters who jump into conclusions too fast.

Although the this 12 year old case shouldn't be blamed on the reporters or such.
