NEWSFLASH... radioactive material found at a nuclear facility! OH my GOD! Who would have ever guessed??

It would be nice if these morons would be a bit more precise in their descriptions seeing as how not all plutonium or uranium can be used to create weapons. Are these true precursors or not? If they are how far along the process to weapons grade material are they?

Certain things should never be dumbed down.
