PRAGUE - Several hundred demonstrators opposed to a US missile defense installation gathered outside Prague Castle yesterday to demand a referendum on the issue. The Pentagon is talking with the Czech government about locating a missile-tracking radar system at a base near Prague. It also wants to place 10 interceptor missiles in Poland.
