Well one instance to go to war is... computer wars. Information warfare is the way wars will be faught in the future.
Nothing I'd want to be involved in.... but at least there is far less casualty's. |

like a virus war? are we gonna see who has the best virus creating capabilities, or find a backdoor in someones firewall? i prefer an M-16 and tomahawks myself.
