16 tons, protection from small arms, fragments, IEDs, and autocannon fire from the front. ERA and more passive armor should be easily attached. It should have a 105mm soft-recoil gun and a 600 horsepower hybrid/diesel.

that might have been it. but the tank they showed had a lot lower profile turret, so that's why the M8 doesn't really ring a bell.

Yeah, that's definitely not the M-8, its too short. Main gun looks right though. Something like that would fit for a light tank. My thought are that it should at least add the option for a removable Stinger system that could be added to the turret.

Since its not the Buford, anybody got the specs on that thing??
