Not hard at all, I put my earplugs in, eye mask on and I'm immersed in my own world, a nice 15.5 tog kingsized quilt on a kingsized bed, right in the middle and I'm gone - solid gone!

We have a large fire burning down south so there is a haze over the ocean. Around about 39c at the moment. How i love aircon.
