- Michigan - middle of the state.

Wet roads, heavy snow on side roads and ground (the wet kind that packs to glaze ice), and cold with dreary overcast during the daylight hours ... no stars visible at night.

Typical Michigan "Blah" winter. If you don't like it, wait five minutes - it will get worse.
