there may be an easier way, but what i would suggest is that you go to a site that has flash media, load up something, and when it's open, right click on the flash and it should say down at the bottom of the menu that comes up "about adobe flash player..." and it will display which version you have. it's a little complicated, but that's the way i've checked mine.
