Oh man I love beef jerkey! Its the BEST food ever, and it lasts longer than a bag of M&Ms or a Hershey's bar. I always have some with me. In class, during practice, anywhere. Man now I have a craving for some now....

I have a recipe that's over 150 years old for home made Cajun Ketchup. I make it every year. Got a little heavy with the jabanero's last time. It makes your lips swell up it burns so hot!
