The history of Civil Affairs is quite complex. Every unit that has ever deployed has different tales to tell. I was just wondering if anyone has actually published a history of Civil Affairs as a whole. I am creating this so that we can combine our thoughts of the history of Civil Affairs. I know that some units might be able to shed to light who was responsible for Governorships in Germany after the war. Everything like that. Civil Affairs, the negative and positive effects on the battlefield.
