Yep, so far as I know, Cinema4D can import almost any 3D formats (except max., and AutoCAD 2005 files), but it works fine for AutoCAD with lower versions.
Here is an example of original AutoCAD wireframe rendering and one after been modified by Cinema4D.

Never heard of that software before. Looks fine from its package though.

Turbocad is a great program. I can't remember the site exactly but I used to visit an RC model forum...they have some great stuff over there, most of the CAD programs are 2D but I think there are a couple free 3D versions that they recommend. They also have instructions to make your own CAD/CAM machines
