On a nice but windy day, a very proper English gentleman was taking his morning stroll along a London street. He noticed a young lady having a terrible time holding her hat on while attempting to control her skirt but having little luck with the latter. Noticing she was not wearing underwear, the very proper fellow approached her wondering how to warn her that certain areas were being exposed. Tipping his bowler, with a red face, he said "I say a bit airy isn't it?" The young lady glanced at him and replied in a somewhat Cockney accent, "W'at did you expect Guv'ner, feathers?"
