Another new guy.
21 years of age. Aussie bred and born.
I'm currently a civvie doing an apprenticeship in refrigeration, but in a year or so I hope to get into the army. Hoping to attempt SFDRS into commandos.
Whilst here I hope to get to know a lot of you and learn as much as I possibly can to prepare myself for the challenges I am soon to face.

Even if they could just PM me, I'd love to ask then a few questions about preparation, training, etc.

Just ask away - there are all kinds of guys with SF / SOF background here.

Lord knows how many teenagers fresh from CoD etc think they want it.
 
Welcome to our fourm, any experience I've had with Spec Op Forces were prior to the first Gulf War and from a US perspective. I fear this will not be of any use to you, but I wish you well.
